The report continued, “Even of those who do plan to shop on Black Friday, only 13% plan to do so in a physical store, down from 17% last year, and 51% plan to shop online. Cyber Monday will see 88% of consumers use their computers to bag a deal. The manic online shopping day will also see traffic from mobile devices with 37% planning to use a tablet to shop and 27% a smartphone”.
